To ensure safety and uphold the highest standard of professionalism, Southern Roots kindly asks that children not accompany clients to the salon unless they have an appointment. While we love children, we want to avoid injury and accidents at all cost. We hope you will be understanding in this matter. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, please do so a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. I do understand that things happen however, in order to effectively accommodate all my clients any last minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will require 50% payment of service booked prior to rescheduling. A "no show" will require 100% payment of service booked.

I highly prioritize being respectful of everyone's time and schedule and I am hopeful that you will do the same for me as well.
