*Please Read In Full                                 Due to our  limited space and to ensure the best experience for every guest, we respectfully ask that guests come unaccompanied by children, friends or loved ones unless they have an appt as well.

*) To insure we have ample service time and to respect every client's time in and outside of the salon, we ask that you be prompt for your scheduled appointment. If you are late ( 10 mins or more depending on appt type) your appt may be rescheduled and a late fee applied.
**Appointments requiring a larger block of time ( more than 2.5 hrs) will require a deposit of  $125 which will be applied to service at checkout time.  Should you no show or cancel LESS than 48 hours prior to the appointment, deposit will be forfeited.

*)Confirmation of appointment is required. If confirmation is not received within specified time, the appointment is automatically canceled. If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to appt, or you are a "no show" , cancellation fee will be applied and must be received prior to the next appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of missed appointment which is required before another appointment can be scheduled. ( Please understand that when a cancellation occurs less than the stipulated time allowed or a no show happens, this doesn't allow the stylist ample time to fill the vacant time slot.)
**PLEASE NOTE... when confirmation is received, should you not wish to keep the appt, please respond signifying such by replying NO.

*)Appointment confirmations are sent out 48 hours prior to appt date. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation message, PLEASE reach out to us at 865-630-2911 to verify. ( We use an  automated messaging system and all systems are suseptible to technical issues at times)

*)If you have been sick or been exposed to anyone who has been, please consider rescheduling if necessary to insure everyone's well-being.
